MAHAVIR SWAMI

This is last 24th Tirthankar, born 600 B.C. in royal family of Vaisali. He renounced the world at the age of 30 and attained omni science after twelve years of austerities & penance. He teaches non- Violence, to Indian society. Every Jain homes have Murti or pictures of this hold religious innovator.

KODAYA (Mandvi)

Jinalaya. Khakkher, Vanki, Bhadreshwar (all three near Mundra ) also have Mahavir Temples. Be careful while going to jain temples. Remove shows outside the temple. Normally, vegetarian foods are served at all jain temples with prior information.
